I had to reinstall AppBuilder on my PC because we lost the harddrive. Now when I try and use it I'm getting the following message "Could not retrieve LDAP com class ID". Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've Deinstalled and reinstalled several times.

make sure the ldap server is correct on the cp's name and ip. or answer ldap no so the box will not try to update names and passwords via the ldap server.. there is a call pilot forum, a search there may have a better solution

No config changes were made on the CP, just reinstalling the AppBuilder on my PC. We have 2 other pc's working correctly so i know it's something to do with the pc itself.

If I am correct, isn't there a patch for App Builder 4. You might need to download and install the patch.
 
Are you accessing your App Builder from the programs menu or a short cut from manager?, the reason why I ask is because I was told that Nortel advises that you access App Builder needs to be accessed only from Start-->all programs-->App builder otherwise, you get a not so desirable result (crash)
