I am pretty sure it has only affected Word. Like I said I would restart the print spooler service (& TCP Printing)on the print server and it will fix one users issue but mess up another. This printer problem has been mind boggling. Anyone else can chime in on this matter. It just does not want...
I have been having this problem with a few end-users for quiet sometime now and I have yet to figure it out. every month and after Windows updates, a handful of users either get funky printing or weird paper size error messages. It does not matter which network printer they print to (Xerox, HP)...
Exchange is actually installed on the "D" partition and GFI is installed on the system partition. I also have Symantec Mail Security for Exchange installed on the sys partition.

My system partition is starting to run low on disk space. What files can I get rid of to clear up some space on this partition? Also, what is the best way to maintain an Exchange 2003 Server (SP1)?
Thanks.

OK. I really dont have a clue as to what is going on here! Whenever I restart the print spooler services to correct someones printing issue it messes up 1/2 other users. And it still only affects mostly Word and Notepad....no other application. Is my spooler file corrupt? Should i delete the...

I have...
I have a couple of users who are unable to print to the correct sized paper when printing from Word or any other word processor (notepad). It asks for some weird size paper (8.5 x 12, etc.).
I can do a test print just fine and I can also print from other MS Office apps (powerpoint, excel...

Sorry, I used the wrong term - its agent not module. You will either have to purchase the Exchange agent from Veritas or one of its resellers. Once installed and you configure a backup job for the Exchange Server, you will see the selections under your Exchange server. The three you may want to...
You need the exchange server module to backup Exchange. Once you have purchased and installed it on your media server (where BE is installed), you should backup the mailboxes and information store. Hope this helps!
