    Microsoft recommends that the Cluster Group contains only core resources. The Quorum drive is considered a core resource and should be located in the Cluster Group along with Cluster Name and IP Address. You may try putting the Quorum drive in the Cluster Group.

    Well it could be if you dont change your DNS records, and it will take some time for the records to update. I have done this several times due to new acquisitions our company has made. If your domain name doesnt point to the right address "no mail".

    Normally you would just change the IP in network properties. You need to make sure your DNS/MX records point to this new IP address.

    Do the tapes you use have data on them? If so erase the tape when you put it in the drive, this works for us.

    Search for ncpa.cpl in the system32 folder. If its not there you can copy from another server or run: expand d:\i386\ncpa.cp_ c:\winnt\system32\ncpa.cpl from the I386 directory. If it is there it could possibly be hidden by a policy.
