cannot ftp from remote

I can FTP within my Lan, no problem but having no joy from outside. My router is forwarding port 21 traffic to my IIS5 FTP server. Pinging to the server from the outside and web services is ok too. Any ideas?

What is the error when you try to connect?

I have fix the problem. Netgear DG814 have a built in FTP server that uses port 21, once it is unassigned my FTP server worked straight away. Thanks.
