unable to close IE using X or ALT F4
nancy, I would recommend installing IE6.0 and uninstalling 5.0. Problem seems to be contained within IE. JM- jamzm101

How to find Hardware related problem in computer?
let me ask you, do you have lots of little icons next to your computer clock on the bottom right hand side of you computer? If so these are programs that are running in the background taking up your resources! remove them throught MSCONIF and reboot. Delete all you temp files in your WINDOWS...- jamzm101

keyboard not found
Try using another keyboard to determine whether it is the keyboard itself or the connection. If you swap it out with another keyboard and it works than of course it was just the keyboard, if not than you have a bad serial port and I would recommend a usb keyboard.- jamzm101
