    Taylor, is there more than one slide master in your presentation? (See MSKB Q249054) Also, try turning off Background Printing if it is on. (This has worked for me in the past - no matter the application.)

    Another method: if you have Adobe Acrobat (full version, not the reader) and no animation, you can convert the file to a .PDF and lock it down that way. Obviously, this is not perfect. PowerPoint 2002, by the way, FINALLY has this ability (though they still cannot get Org Chart right...)
