Hi There
When printing any powerpoint document from anywhere on the network to a HP4500 colour printer it seems to take an extremely long time for the file to spool to the print server. There is sufficient space on the print spooler and no other document types experience this problem. It happens with all power point files on our network. When looking at the file size of a power point document in windows explorer it shows as 6.4mb. However when the document spools it swells to 50mb.
Does power point compress the size of the images within the file?
Anyone have any ideas?
