Using Outlook 2003 sp2 on WinXP.
The problem happens when I save an email. What I expect to happen is it saves it to the draft folder. But what actually happens is:-
1. I get the 'save as' dialog to save the email as a word document.
2. Then Outlook asks me to save the email to the draft...
The process AvayaMSCRMEx.exe was trying to listen on port 81 without success. What I did to get around this was add the program 'MS CRM Integration' to the exception list (Exceptions tab) of the Windows Firewall.
I've installed Avaya CRM Integration (ver. 3.0.3.2) for Microsoft CRM 3.0 on several PCs. It works fine on my PC, but the other PC they can't dial out. I've checked tapi using outlook 2003 to dial out and it works fine. But when they use the dial button in a CRM Account/Contact the crm dialog...

Although I didn't have a blank entry in the telephony providers list, I did delete it and re-import a registry entry from healthy PC.
I've installed Avaya CRM 3.0 Integration on 3 different Win XP SP2 PC and experienced svchost.exe application errors on each of them. Whenever I reboot the pc I get svchost.exe error resulting in various services not starting. Has anybody else experienced this problem and resolved it?

A Manual uninstall seemed to do the trick.
I Removed BOE XI R1 using the add/remove program in the control panel.
I then removed the directories E:\Program Files\Business Objects
and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0
I was then able to install BOE XI R1 without any problems.
