I've installed Avaya CRM Integration (ver. 3.0.3.2) for Microsoft CRM 3.0 on several PCs. It works fine on my PC, but the other PC they can't dial out. I've checked tapi using outlook 2003 to dial out and it works fine. But when they use the dial button in a CRM Account/Contact the crm dialog screen freezes. Any ideas?
