Anyone know of a simple software solution for daily troubles that get called into an administrator? I write everything down, but I'm looking for something that I can have on my PC, so I can track simple trouble tasks from when their first reported until completion.

Thanks. I see how that would work. The reason I'm trying for a digital strobe is to avoid having to post special instuctions, such as your procedure. Differant people sit at that phone, so it has to be a normal routine.

As the Administrator, I have Message Manager on my PC, but the user does not. Am I able to view his string setup from my PC?

I have a G3R with an Audix system. Is there a way to status how a subscriber has his outcalling set up? Can I look to see what exact string he has programmed himself? His outcalling isn't working, and since he's the only outcalling user, I'm not up on troubleshooting outcalling.
