I have had the same exact issue after applying sp3 for e2k. Running windows 2000 server sp3, with exchange 2000 sp3 (now, sp2 was fine). Would love to see if anyone has any suggestions

1 more thing I just noticed, it's happening at exactly every 50 minutes. Any ideas of what could be running exactly 50 min intervals? i can't find anything in the event log except for this error.
