I have a MICS 4.0 with a T-1 (not a PRI) under set programing I set the OLI to the same as the recieved digits on the target line. When I call my cell phone the display shows "call 1". The carrier is time warner they say their part is done. My T-1 is set up as T-1 E&M. have I missed something?
I read the FAQ-799 and it doesn't say anything about not provisioning chanel 24 because that is the D chanel so I know that there is needed information missing from these instructions. I'm hoping someone has a complete list of how to convert from a T-1 to a PRI T-1. it only takes one missing...

The line redirection on a DID is set to call out on line pool A. set up works ok and connectes to the programed number. the calling party can hear the the person answering the call. The person answering the call can not hear anything. Its not low transmition it is no transmition
