Apparently it was a corrupted config file, or a config file that became corrupted at some point after the v9 upgrade.
Restoring any config file post v9 upgrade, even if it worked at the time, resulted in no audio.
Restoring a v8.1 config file fixed the no SIP audio.
I hope this helps...
I am assuming we had a power event, and probably through the Ethernet. The IP Office experienced an abnormal termination. SIP had no audio, but copper was working. The next day neither was working. Replaced out the IP Office, still nothing. Rebooted the switch - it never came back...
I have the licenses, and they are valid. This didn't occur due to an unlicensed upgrade. This is a replacement control unit that now has the original SD, all of the configuration and licenses loaded.
Kept a spare control unit on hand in case hardware failed. Had a hardware failure today. Swapped out the control unit. Put the old SD in. System now reads 'system unlicensed'. Any ideas?
I have a third-party robo-dialer software connected to the IP Office. I need to be able to transfer the recipient to the operator if they press 0. Anyone have and idea how to do this? Thanks.
Thank you both for the reply.
I located a staff that didn't have the button programmed.
She hits Feature 764 (followed by the coverage group) 771.
Any idea what that feature is called?
Thanks again.
Eric

I am running exchange 2000 on windows 2000.
I have not required secure password authentication in the past, but I am about to so I can protect the usernames/passwords. I will inevitably go to SSL.
I am really just trying to gain a better understanding of the built-in secure password...

If I use ADSystemInfo, I can pull out the user's Common Name from the Active Directoy, but comes with it is also OU and Domain Names. Is it possible to truncate this or only pull out the user's alias?
Thanks...
