    Just in case you have not found the answer. ePO will overwrite settings manually entered in Groupshield. Use ePO to create policy and it then will be pushed to Groupshield.

    You have to make sure that "Use mailbox store defaults" is unchecked under user's storage limits.

    Did you try checking her account via OWA? While in OWA check rules if any, they might be causing the problem.

    From my experience, you will have to use a third party software, like GFI.

    One more thing. Check for email forwarding address, maybe forwarded to another account and deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox not checked.
