Thanks that is what I thought. If I only use VPN phones would using Remote workers and a SBC more secure? Can the SBC provide better security for the One-x Mobile Apps. The One-X mobile is my major concern since it requires port to be opened to the internet.

The dsl filters did the trick. Although it is now working, Verizon still claims it isn't their issue. Any one understand what the DSL filter does that fixes the lines??

Verizon said they cannot install true copper. They will try to replace their equipment. If that doesn't work I am unsure how to proceed.
