Thanks, but how do I route a call from an internal extension that has no match to the SIP trunk. For example, extension 1453 dials 7648. 7648 is no longer defined on the Avaya as it is now on Cisco. Is there a way to force all calls that go to an extension that is not defined in Avaya to go...
For all 4 digit extension that come in on our local PRI, if it's not defined in Avaya, I would like to automatically route the call to a SIP trunk connected to Cisco UCM. Can this be done without setting up a route for each number?
Ok.. I thought I had it but it's not working. I added the Phone Template and defined a speed dial. Let say 918005555555. But when I use the Template to create a phone the number is not defined. The Button still says "Add a new SD". How do I get the number from the Template to carry...
As part of the Phone Button Template I would like to include a speed dial to a toll free number. So every time I build a new phone and assign it the standard template it will automatically have the speed dial already configured to dial the toll free number. What is the best way to accomplish...

XXXX is the extension and /XX is the button number. The 1st call appearance would be 7, so if you setup the autodial on number 4, you need to enter List Trace Station...
Does anyone know of a way for IP phones such as 4621 and 9650's to show the actual phone number instead of just the extension? He have several prefixes and would make it much easier for user if they could see their actual DID number instead of just the extension.
They have 3 so that wouldn't be it. Even though the calls are DID and not queue calls, do the queue they are assigned to need to be set for multiple call handeling?
I have a group a agents who maintly take inbound DID calls, not queue calls. When they receive the second inbound DID call it goes straight to voicemail instead of ringing their second line. Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!
I would like the phone to show the Agent Login ID 6540 instead of the physical phone extension 2861 when the agent is logged in. Anyway to do this?
Thanks!
I have a 9650 IP phone with several bridged appearances. The problem I have is when the user is on the phone and a call comes in on a bridged appearance he can’t put the call on hold without answering the bridged appearance call. The “Hold” button goes away and the only option is “Answer...
