I have a MICS 5.0 over 1 PRI. When trying to place an outside call from a 7310, I dial 9-and the local number, and the display says "inv IE Content", and drops the call. After several attempts the call finally goes through. Anybody know what this means, and how it can be fixed?

The caller needs to do VOICE CALL with Feature 66, then the extension. It will beep once in the receivers speaker and on they go. Hope this helps

We did a CBT from Global Knowledge, and you can take the test only once, and then it shuts down. I agree that the best way is hands-on.
