It is in the dictionary that you assign the agent groups and agents therefore if you restrict access to dictionary then agent groups cannot be administered. Alternatively in user permissions you can restrict which agents the user can administer.

Has anyone come across these phones? I have one but no way to administer it - is this because it is really new and not yet available on my version of ASA? If so what version of ASA do I need to administer this phone?

I have had this before and I changed the agent login form. (ch ag xx) there is a field that is Auto Answer change this to Station and am not sure why but is seemed to work and then on the station form set up the required auto answer

Thanks for this - I understand what you mean about stroke count button - but I can event count 1-9 so do they press stroke count button and then a number. Also is stroke count same as work code?

Hi I am going to try to use the event count report within CMS however does anyone know what it counts on the Definity - is it the work code? If yes how do I administer this on the definity or is it just on the CMS that Work codes are administered.

An alternative is that if you wish to switch between time of day and not time of day use two coverage paths against the user then assign a feature access code (user must have COS - Console Permissions) to switch to which coverage path you wish to use.
