I'm working on re-writing a vector. What we are trying to acomplish is the following.
Client calls 800#. 800# routes to 4500 (currently an x ported station). 4500 has bridged appearances on station 4505 and 4509. If the call is not answered, 4500 covers to a vector 51. Vector 51 plays an announcement and collects 4 digits. I would then like to route to the extension using "route-to digits with cov y". The problem is since I covered once from 4500, I can't cover once I reach the extension.
So my question is this. Is there a way within a vector to ring a station, say 3 times, then move onto another step if the call isn't answered (therefore eleminating the initial coverage.)
Thanks for your help and suggestions in advance!
