CMS - Restrict access to agent groups

Other than restricting access to the dictionary. Is there a way to restrict access to moving agents in or out of an agent group?

It is in the dictionary that you assign the agent groups and agents therefore if you restrict access to dictionary then agent groups cannot be administered. Alternatively in user permissions you can restrict which agents the user can administer.

That's pretty much what i thought, i figured I would ask before i told HR that i couldn't help them without shuting down access for everyone else.

Actually my mistake it is skill , vdns, vectors etc that you can control not agents - sorry
