As I have it now the AA picks up the line and the greeting gives the 3 digit ext number for the phones that would need to receive the call. Is there away to program it so the AA greeting would only have to say 1 for sales, 2 for billing and so forwards without having to give all the ext numbers...

The unit has a 2 at the bottom. When I removed this unit it has a line connected to both ports for some reason. So I can use any DN port on my system and connect it to the port labeled 2. I am guessing that I program the lines I want to send to the Flash to ring at that DN? Also how much...
