It rings a lot longer than 20 seconds. I changed that to 10 seconds and it still rings 11 times. Maybe thats because like bigindian65 said they are waiting at the gate.

I need to shorten then ring time. When i call 6026 it rings and rings and rings and then finally the message is played. What do i need to change to shorten that.

Is the 11 out beside FRRT the number of rings before it picks up?

I have someone that wants to add a second new line to there phone. My question is how do i add this new line to there phone without actually setting up a new phone station? I tried a phantom line but it would not let me add it as a second line. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chad

OK it was PUA and there was already a button assigned to the phone. So the second question has been fixed.

Also, I checked the FDN is already set to 4445 which is our voicemail.

They are all in the same RNPG which is 7. How do I add the call pickup key?
