Ok, So I was sort of forced to be the phone guy at my job. I know how to do basic stuff on our phone system like setting up phones and what not. Some of the more complex stuff I do not know.

I had a work order come in asking (1)to have extension 6211 roll over to 6188 after 3 rings. (2) and then "allow any of the following extensions to pick up each others calls in building A. Person A (6188), Person B (6472), Person C (6427), Person D (6381) and Person E (6295)".

Again I am new to most of this stuff so bear with me.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

They are all in the same RNPG which is 7. How do I add the call pickup key?

Also, I checked the FDN is already set to 4445 which is our voicemail.

OK it was PUA and there was already a button assigned to the phone. So the second question has been fixed.

the post will clean up your problem.. one thing that stops you from doing a search or finding the cure in the manuals is the nortel terms.. phones are flat on the bottom, they don't roll.. 650K pages of nortel doc's, the word roll can not be found..

they hunt when busy (cls hta & hunt xxx +lhk)
they forward no answer (cls fna & fdn xxxx)
they hard forward (key x cfw x xxxx)

any of those will return answers a lot quicker.. one of the hard parts about any system is each has unique was to present data.. and books written my the macque-de-sade.. good luck
