Does anyone know if there is any kind of work around with the dial up to an IP Office if it is only using SIP trunks? I can't believe that with all this technology the dialup to IP office 500 is redundant when it uses SIP only.... terrible flaw if there is NO workaround?
What I do know is the following:
if he calls me direct from deskphone I can see his assigned DDI, therefore the system is producing outgoing CLI.
If a colleague calls direct to him within the office environment, he can see their assigned DDI come up on his deskphone.

I have a client running an IP LDK 300 dual cab and they have reported that on incoming and outgoing calls they hear a constant 2 tone beep which sounds like a call waiting tone. They have confirmed there is nothing waiting, is this a simple thing to stop? any help would be grateful.
