One-X portal- Can not see incoming or outgoing calls although logged in correctly

Hi All,

I have a customer running One X portal but today they have reported that logging in is OK however they can not see incoming or outgoing calls... Any Ideas?

Just as an add on user is running win7 and all browsers on 2 machines is not working?
