Come to find out the SIP vendor didn't have all the IP Networks for the various sites in it's Edgemark device. Once they added the various IP Schemes into it's database, the one-way audio issue went away...Thanks for any help you guys and gals provided.
I have a new install and when implementing a UC360 device, I get audio when dialing in-house, but I am getting 1-way audio when going over SIP Trunks. When a 53XX phone dials out on the SIP Trunks, the call has 2-way audio, but not when using a Generic SIP Device. Also, when attempting to use...
Just newly implemented a Mitel network, using Nupoint as the Voicemail system. The customer already has Office 365 as it's email server. Messages from the Nupoint are getting to the Office 365 and to the end user, but when the user deletes the message out of it's email, the Nupoint doesn't get...

Thanks, come to find out the particular phone had some settings in it, that were pointing it to another TFTP server. (Phones were lent to the customer for demo purposes, and they were homed to our company's ICP as Teleworker sets. After resetting the phones to "Restore Defaults" and then...
This site is using VLAN 2 for it's Voice VLAN, so according to your comments, that wouldn't be a problem? As to the DHCP Options Config Helper that I provided them, they seem to be doing a shortcut or workaround in their minds, not wishing to use the Helper as it would take too much time to do...
We have used the Helper files from Mitel to setup the Option 125/43 on the Win2012 R2 server. The phone (53xx series) boots up and when getting to the TFTP Main it stays there for a bit, then gets a TFTP error and it continues to boot, until it says "Contacting Server".
Any ideas of what is...
Has any one had the issue of the UCA showing future times in it's display? (Example: it's 11:00 o'clock in the morning, but a call shows that it was answered or made at 2:00 PM) If so, what can be done to correct it? Or is it an issue to call Product Support to get an answer? See *.gif...
