Just newly implemented a Mitel network, using Nupoint as the Voicemail system. The customer already has Office 365 as it's email server. Messages from the Nupoint are getting to the Office 365 and to the end user, but when the user deletes the message out of it's email, the Nupoint doesn't get that message and the message is left in there, is there something missing in the design to get it to do so?

As it is the return message that is failing the most obvious culprit would be a firewall. Unless the Nupoint has direct access to the Internet, I would start there.
