I have Procomm Plus 4.7 just haven't re-installed at the new job yet. Do you dial into the switch via modem? or do you have your switch on the network somehow...I'd love to put my switch on the network and use procomm via TCP. Thanks again John. Buck

Yes I get ANI From the CO. But when she transfers the call I loose it. She see's it, but after the transfer it's gone
