Forward the ANI from an Outside Call When Forwarded to Another Phone

In Other Words...all of the incomming Calls go to our main Phone, She hit's TXFR and get's us...we see MAIN DESK...BUt When we say OK put them through, can I get the Original ANI Information on my phone? After she connects the call I don't see the Real Caller ID Info from ANI on the phone.

does she (i assume your receptionist) see the information coming in when she picks up the line to transfer? if not, thats a co issue.AJK

if you get a ani from the co on a direct call it's under att options, ld 21 prt att.. if you don't see the prompt i'll look in my switch tomorrow, bump this back up if you still need an answer

Yes I get ANI From the CO. But when she transfers the call I loose it. She see's it, but after the transfer it's gone
