    TT4U, Thanks, I found the System Tools and IE Repair; however, I still cannot get onto IE. I tried your Scanreg /restore and that did not work either, messed up to many other settings. I am running IE 6 on this machine. Any other suggestions? I sure do appreciate your input Blair

    Thanks for the advice, but doing the fixes you all discussed has not fixed the problem. I still cannot open a link within an Outlook Express email. Any other suggestions?
