TT4U, I did not find EXPLORER.EXE in C:\WINDOWS\INTERNET EXPLORER. I found it in C:\Program Files/INTERNET EXPLORER. Yes, IE will not open up when I click it. Should EXPLORER.EXE be in the WINDOWS directory? Blair

TT4U, Thanks, I found the System Tools and IE Repair; however, I still cannot get onto IE. I tried your Scanreg /restore and that did not work either, messed up to many other settings. I am running IE 6 on this machine. Any other suggestions? I sure do appreciate your input Blair

Thanks for the advice, but doing the fixes you all discussed has not fixed the problem. I still cannot open a link within an Outlook Express email. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the reply; however I am having problems with opening internet links within an email, not attachments. I can open attachments just fine. You know when someone or some business sends you an email with a link to their site - this is where I have the problem, when I click on the site...

For some unknown reason I cannot link to embedded internet links within my Outlook Express emails. This just started about a week ago. Any suggestions?
