My first thought was speed dial, the user told me no, that he had seen the * work to route the 4 digit dial plan externaly. (I told the user he may end up with a speed dial list) Anyways it seems through LD 86 we can do this, still working on that! Thank you for your very prompt responce!

We are upgrading, planned to this year. Unfortauntly a secerity audit mandated that all my servers be upgrades to 2003, the deadline is before the approval of the callpilot upgrade. Thank you for thinking of that though. I probably should have mentioned the circumstances.
