I having a problem logging onto a hicom 300 remotely via a modem. I am using ZOC pro. Emulation TV9xx 19200 N,8,1.I am not getting the login prompt, do I need to enter any key prompts.the screen displays Connect 14400, aa.

I have been asked to setup remote access on a hicom 340, I believe this uses a straight pin to pin RS232 lead.Is there a specific modem that should be used. I am not a Hicom 340 engineer, I used to work for Siemens many years ago, my last experience with a hicom is the 150.Any advice on pinouts...

we have used robotics couriers and they have worked well. this is a silly question, but have you tried dialing in via the tracker, and are you talking about a tracker.
