    I have been asked to setup remote access on a hicom 340, I believe this uses a straight pin to pin RS232 lead.Is there a specific modem that should be used.     we have used robotics couriers and they have worked well. this is a silly question, but have you tried dialing in via the tracker, and are you talking about a tracker.
