so your saying that i have to look on the asterisk side instead of the ipo side then. because all the displaying is working fine. caller id,Huntgroup etc. it is only that specific shortcode with the priority call feature that is wrong. Even on the deskphones it display the info in a wierd way...

ASCOM is actually the maker of the avaya wireless and DECT Handset. it is the same hardware just 2 different logo's

The problem is that we want the maintenance see the name of the internal caller or the name of there huntroup instead of external call. because they are part of 2 huntgroups Maitenance and evacuation they are set a sip in avaya and they are managed by asterik A60 autonomously.
