PRIORITY CALL TO A HUNT GROUP

Good Day

We just set up a hunt group for our maintenance team.
Then we created a shortcode with the priority call features.
evrything is working fine they all get the call.get into the conference room and be all on the call

The only problem that we have is the call initiater see's that he is in the conference room let say 4200 but the others on the hunt group dont see anything except "external call"
We are running IP office 500 ver 9.0 (36)

And the phones are DECT phones (ASCOM D81)
On The deskphones in the other hand it display this: "FROM CONF 4200 EXT %3epriority%20 call"

I would try Intrigrant's answer but with 900Z"NameOfGoup"
The Z is for sending names.
The name must be between "" otherwise it won't work.
Funny as i needed this a couple of weeks ago.

Doesn't work, this is send to the phone 371>PRIORITY CALL(Conf 461)>CH
371 is the user dialing the shortcode
PRIORITY CALL = the shortcode feature
Conf 461 = the conference for the group the priority call is send to
CH = a extension ringing within the group

The Conf 461 may be usefull to identify the priority call, you can use different groups for it

I have tested this morning different scenario's but with little succes.
I have created two shortcodes:
*801/461/Priority call
*802/462/Priority call

461 and 462 are huntgroups both with the same members

I dialled the short codes from a alog station number 371.
On a 1408 or 1616 I can only see this on the screen : 371>PRIORITY CALL
On a 9608 I see 371>PRIORITY CALL(Conf 461)>CH or371>PRIORITY CALL(Conf 462)>CH
When answering the call the display shows Conf 461 or Conf 462.
So the screen is better on a 9608, any other info cannot added to this.

With 9608 you can see what group is called on ringing and on a 1408/1608 only after answering the call and each group has it own function ( fire, earthquake, whatever )
That is the best you can get.
