ncp500 no voice

hi all
my client got ncp500 with about 60 ip nt phones
on outgoing call everything work well
in intenal calles some calles have no voice they hang up and call again and voice work, sometime work and some time not.

anyone know that issue?
 
Increase the UDP timeout in your router + 180 seconds minimum?

thats happend only in internal calles
why should change at router?
and if needed 180sec time out of what?

You need to enable the phones via VLAN.
60 KX-NT IP phones without enabling them in VLAN is a lot.

the telephone system is on oheer network and not on the computers network
