You need a valid MiAccess account with rights to SWDL.

Unless you know exactly what version you need and someone can share it with you directly.

Unfortunately i dont have a valid MiAccess account, willing to buy one though!
Also willing top buy the fw directly.

Hi, I can help with this issue. I do have access to Mitel.

Let me know what version your MX-one is running. Some versions of Mx-one can be incompatible with the latest versions of MGU FW.

To load it into the board, there are two ways.

• With command board_sw. To use this option, you need to have a http, ftp … server available. This command is the safest way of doing this, if something goes wrong in the middle, the own MGU falls back to the old version.
• The scone option, not so safe, is via Linux rpm commands, have be careful because there is now way back if MGU get corrupted.
