Thank you@craft01 Question I have is
Avaya documentation mentions about 8.1.3.8 to 10.2.1 but no information about customers on 8.1.3.9 to 10.2.1
Needed conformation for other customers here who have successfully upgraded cluster SMs from 8.1.3.9 to 10.2.1
We have two SMs in 8.1.3.9 in two data centers.( In office Nutanix and AWS)
Is there a latest SSP or any particular procedure we need to follow to have a successful upgrade?

Please review the upgrade documentation, the order of upgrade is spelled out in almost each products guide. Start with the System Manager documentation on upgrades and it will spell the order out for you.Do we need to have CM too on latest patch My CM version is as below
