Hi,
Each user would require their own extension, not hardware just a cmd 11 virtual. with the exception of the Prime line. in the users mailbox change the light lamp from x to the Prime line for the additonal ext. There is also a cmd 08 setting which would allow you to light programmed buttons for virtual ext.
