does anyone know why if I do a Level 0 archive using ontape (Informix Dynamic Server 7.3) of our live system, and then immediately repeat the backup without any further transactions been processed, the time for the backup reduces significantly - from 45mins to 6mins!!!!
I noticed that during the first level 0 archive the checkpoint times were over 180secs, but then 0 or 1secs the second time! Why???
