Have a site 403 with dt's V2.1.15.
Users have a dictaphone recorder device in line with the dt phones, line goes into splitter device then to phone and recorder. Prior to upgrade to v2.1 they say all ok, now after 2.1 complaining that the recorded voice sounds very tinny, alot different from pre upgrade. I guess any changes to levels etc.. are in the firmware with nothing that can be done about it?

Did you try upgrading to 2.1.24 and see if that helps?  I have never even seen a DT phone so can't comment much :)
