I hope someone could help me troubleshoot a major alarm in my PBX. I am getting AP link alarm on CPU Shelf error code PRI 127. You can make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls. Calls are not going to phonemail and there is no response when communicating with the phonemail modem. Their is power to the phonemail. This is my first time to experience a major outage with the phonemail and would appreciate it very much if someone can direct me repair this problem. I have spare cards for both my 9751 model 10 PBX and the rolm phone mail.

Thanks in advance for your help.

RE: Rolm 9751 PBX with Rolm Phonemail Rel 6.0

IF YOU HAVE NO CALLS GOING TO PHONEMAIL, THEN IT IS DOWN. THERE IS A POWER SWITCH ON THE FRONT TURN IT OFF, THEN WAIT A FEW SECONDS AND TURN IT BACK ON. GIVE IT ABOUT 10 MIN AND SEE IF IT CAME BACK UP

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD GO INTO PHONEMAIL AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE TALOG SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A HD ERROR. IT MAY HAPPEN AGAIN
