Greeting Message

Hello all,
I have an Avaya IP Office 4.0 phone system. I'd like to remove the previous Administrators voice from the greetings menu and prompts. Where do I start? How do I do this, step by step? Any help would be appreciated. My knowledge of this system is minute.

RE: Greeting Message

Here is a shot in the dark:

1.  Open Manager program
2.  Click on Short Codes
3.  Look for one in the Tel # field called "Short Codes.Recordings"
4.  The Short Code field should have a number like *81 or something like that
5.  Dial what that number is from any phone and see if it walks you through a Menu.

If that doesn't work call a Pro
