Phone Manager Lite

Phone Manager Lite

Phone Manager Lite

(OP)
Loaded PhoneManager Lite Version 2.0 on to a PC without a sound card.

Although I have selected the NO SOUND option I receice a message 'No mixer found. Phonemanager will continue wothout sound support'

Cannot find any registry entry relating to the MIXER?

Has anyone come across this problem

RE: Phone Manager Lite

Try closing down the phonemanger, go into the registry under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\avaya\ip400\phone manager.  there will be an option for play sound, make sure this is set to 0.

RE: Phone Manager Lite

Sounds like u r trying to run the PM as a softphone when u dont have a sound card or an uncompatible one at least, Have u checked that this option is not checked

RE: Phone Manager Lite

Have unticked PLAY SOUNDS option in Preferences.

RE: Phone Manager Lite

easy... buy sound cards

RE: Phone Manager Lite

Have you got Soft Console installed - It is usually a default setting. De-install Soft Console (Add remove programs)

RE: Phone Manager Lite

Only Phone Manager installed.
