I have a busy DDI which is answered by Auto Attendant on the VMPro and calls distributed by transfer to relevant groups. I also have a lesser used DDI which requires to be prioritised and is NOT routed via Auto Attendant. I have set prioritisation in Manager but if the 1st call is answered by auto attendant and is being transfered to a group this is taking precedence over the 2nd call which has a higher priority. Any suggestions?
