We have a number of users who are complaining about the call follow me tick box keeps checking itself. They uncheck it and a few minutes pass and find it checked again. Anyone having this same problem and how do we stop it?

If they don’t have access to save settings in the registry location of phone manager this will be it.
One way to test this best is to be logged on as this user got to the registry location {Hkey_current_user\Software\Avaya\ip400\phonemanager} change the setting from there restart the PC and see if the setting has saved. If it is not saving have a look at you user polices.
