phone manager

I want to use ann existing extension to use phone manager. I have a 2030 phone and would like to use this along side the software. Please help or explain how to administer

RE: phone manager

Phone manager will run alongside any ext on the IPO system

1)The PC running Phone manager must be able to "see" the IPO (use ping to test if nec)

2)Install Phone Manager App & Run

3)Select Configure/PBX for the menu

4)enter the necessary details as follows:-
UserName = the Extn. name OR number
Password = The Extn. password if set
PBX Address = The Ip Address of the IPO.

This should connect Phone Manager to the phone.

TIP - This aplication does not have to be local to the IPO and can be used remotley to aid Fault diagnosis

RE: phone manager
