My understanding is that a company called Altura is now involved with the Fujitsu PBX business in the US.  Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Altura is the maintenance co. that took over Fujitsu Maintenance. I know because Im a certified Fujitsu Tech.

I was told that Altura was bought out by someone and they now only do Defenity switches.

Is this not true?

Altura has not been bought out by anybody. Yes they have partnered with Avaya.

The entire U.S. assets of Fujitsu Business Communication Systems was purchase by a company called Platinum about 2 years ago. They renamed the company Altura. They continue to provide support for the Fujitsu product line but are also selling the AVAYA product.
