Raster graphics on DeskJets

In the course of writing a report that requires boxes around some of the text, I wrote some PCL routines to draw boxes using the raster graphics command set.  It works great on Laserjets, but on the Deskjet it only prints one line (sending each side of the box as a separate raster graphic) and sometimes part of another line... and any text is ignored.

What am I doing wrong?  This is making me crazy!  I can send the PCL dump to anyone who wants a closer look.

RE: Raster graphics on DeskJets

Please send your pcl dump to jlee2@analogic.com.
I will let you know what i find out.
