Definity Audix Disconnects

(OP)
Does anyone know of a fix for the inadvertant disconnect of callers into an audix.  I know that some peoples voice emulates the disconnect code from voicemail. I do believe this is what is happening at one of our sites.  We currently have a Definity Audix.  Is there anyway to increase/decrease the db level to not let this happen???

RE: Definity Audix Disconnects

One thing I would check is the analog ports that go the the Intuity.  They should have Adjunct Supervision and Switchook Flash set to yes on all the analog ports going to the VM system.  You will wierd probems sometimes if these options are not set.  You can set the level on the Tip and Ring boards but I would not recommend doing it.  Hope this helps.

Thanks

Chris
